A project
that I co-worked with mum, for six months. My design, but mum knitted the skirt
herself and I knitted the jacket. The skirt had a ready plan, but the design
for jacket grew with the project.
Yarn is
Millefili Spa, a cashmere/wool blend – a real joy to knit! I used 2mm needles
while mum used 2,5mm needles, I have so much looser gauge than most... The
jacket “ate” 380g (size XXL) and if I remember correct the skirt “ate” about
300g. And there is still left some yarn for my own use!
